At Holiday Travel, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal, business, and travel information. In fact, it is one of our highest priorities and remains our commitment to you. We also try to be open and transparent as to how we handle personal information. We adhere to Ten Privacy Principles to ensure your personal information is protected.
Holiday Travel is committed to collecting, using, and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the travel products and services we provide. We also collect personal information so that from time to time we may make our clients aware of certain travel related promotions of interest to them. These promotions may take the form of direct mail or email where available. Should you not wish to receive information on such promotions and services, kindly e-mail us at info@holiday-travel.ca. Providing us with your personal information is always your choice. Most of the information we collect comes to us directly from you, and only with your consent. When you purchase travel or make enquiries about tickets or other products and services, enter our contests or register for promotions, request brochures or other information, we will ask for your mailing address, e-mail, telephone number(s) and certain financial details necessary in order to process a booking transaction you have authorized.
All the information you provide to us is securely maintained and is kept strictly confidential. We do not allow any third parties access to our mailing lists.
At Holiday Travel, your peace of mind is our top priority and we therefore adhere to the 10 principles of privacy outlined in PIPEDA, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

As our client, your knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information except where required or permitted by law.
Limiting Collection
The information we collect is limited to those details necessary for Holiday Travel to perform its business activities and to service its relationship with you. Information will only be collected by fair and lawful means and Holiday Travel will never sell, distribute, barter or transfer any personally identifiable information obtained from you to a third party without your permission.
Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
Customer information may only be used or disclosed by Holiday Travel for the purpose for which it was collected unless the customer has otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. We need to retain personal information for some time to ensure that we can answer any questions you might have about the services provided and for our own accountability. We keep our client files for about four years. After that, paper files are destroyed.
Accuracy
We do our best to ensure all customer information is maintained in an accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.
Safeguarding Your Information
We have implemented appropriate security procedures that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information collected. It is our aim to ensure that your personal information is protected from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

We invite you to examine and correct any personal information that we may have on file for you.
Customer Access
Upon request, a customer shall be given access to all his/her personal information that we have on file. Customers may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information, and may request that it be amended or removed if appropriate.
